I am a licensed marriage and family therapist committed to treating children, teens, individuals, and families. My approach is integrative and client-centered, tailored to meet the specific and unique strengths and challenges of each client. Highly driven by sincerity, compassion, and humor, I strive to create a therapeutic climate that is safe, supportive, and culturally inclusive for all to pursue health and change. I bring authenticity and collaboration into my practice, working closely with each patient and their family to develop a clear, individualized treatment plan.
I received my bachelor’s degree from California State University Stanislaus, then my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. I have extensive clinical training in depression, anxiety, women’s issues, emotion regulation, trauma, family-of-origin dysfunction, relationship issues, and treating children with emotional and behavioral issues.
Beyond my practice, I am a blessed mother of two beautiful children, a wife, a friend, and an active member of our community. In my spare time, I enjoy paddle boarding, hiking, reading, and soaking up time with my family.
